摘要
目的研究并分析风险防范是护理在儿科护理管理中的重要作用。方法该院2015年6月—2016年6月期间共收治儿科患儿280例,随机将其分为对照组(140例,常规护理)和观察组(140例,风险防范式护理),对比两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果观察组护理风险发生率为3.57%,护理纠纷发生率为4.29%,对照组护理风险发生率为16.43%,护理纠纷发生率为15.71%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者观察组患者并发症发生率为11.43%,临床护理满意度为95.71%,明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于儿科患者而言,采用风险防范式护理不仅可明显降低护理风险发生率和护理纠纷发生率,且有助于降低并发症发生率,提升临床护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To research and analyze the important role of risk preventive in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics.Methods 280 cases of patients in the department of pediatrics in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 140 cases in each,the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the routine nursing and risk preventive nursing,and the clinical nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The differences in the incidence rates of nursing risk and nursing disputes between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant,(3.57% vs 16.43%,4.29% vs 15.71%)(P<0.05);the incidence rate of complications and clinical nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were respectively 11.43%and 95.71%,which were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients in the department of pediatrics,the risk preventive nursing can not only obviously reduce the incidence rate of nursing risks and incidence rate of nursing disputes but also contribute to reducing the incidence rate of complications and improving the clinical nursing satisfactory degree,which is worth promotion.
