摘要
目的探究全面病历质量管理在住院病历质量控制中的应用价值。方法选择2016年1—12月实施全面病历质量管理的1 200份住院病历为研究对象,将其设置为研究组;另外选择2015年1—12月未实施全面病历质量管理的1 200份住院病历将其设置为对照组,比较管理效果。结果研究组病历评分、病历缺陷指数、病历缺陷整改率分别为(96.11±1.23)分、(2.04±1.25)、(89.24±3.55)%,对照组分别为(84.33±1.51)分、(6.34±1.43)、(67.85±3.62)%,两组比较,研究组明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院病历质量控制中应用全面病历质量管理可优化管理质量,临床应用价值高,可推广应用。
Objective To study the application value of total medical record quality management in the quality control of hospitalized records.Methods 1200 pieces of hospitalized records with total quality management from January to December2016 were selected as the research group,and 1200 pieces of hospitalized records with total quality management from January to December 2015 were selected as the control group and the management effect was compared between the two groups.Results The medical record score,medical record defect index and medical record rectification rate in the research group were better than those in the control group,[(96.11±1.23)points,(2.04±1.25),(89.24±3.55)% vs(84.33±1.51)points,(6.34±1.43),(67.85±3.62)% ],and the differences were obvious(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of total medical records quality management in the quality control of hospitalized records can optimize the management quality and the clinical application value is high,and it can be promoted and applied.
