面向视频业务的丢包检测方法

摘要 随着新兴的视频业务的推广,对承载网络提出了更高的要求,传统的丢包检测方法的不足逐渐显现。在提出视频业务的丢包要求的计算方法的基础上,通过对路由器设备的深入研究,提出了基于被动监测的丢包检测方法,与传统的丢包检测方法相比,新方法具有网络和设备负担小、丢包率精度高、丢包位置和原因定位准等优势。 The promotion of video service has higher requirements for carrier network. The defects of the traditional methods on detecting packet loss emerge gradually. Based on the method on computing the requirements of the packet loss for the video service, the novel method on detecting packet loss based on the passive monitoring is proposed through the deep investigation on routers. The method has the advantages of light load to the network and corresponding device, the high precision of the packet loss rate, the accurate obtainment of the position and reason for packet loss, etc.
