摘要
目的分析对比磨牙嵌体冠和冠外固位体对修复体固位力和基牙牙周组织的影响情况。方法将在我院治疗200例(颗牙)磨牙随机分为对照组和实验组两组,对照组采用冠外金属烤瓷固位体修复法,而实验组采用髓腔嵌体冠全冠固定桥修复法,对比两组患者的修复成功率以及患牙修复前、修复后6和12个月时的龈沟探诊深度(PD)、基牙龈沟液(GCF)的分泌量以及天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的水平。结果两组患者修复后,其GCF分泌量、AST水平、ALP水平、IL-6水平和TNF-α水平均较治疗前增加,且对照组增加量高于实验组患者(P<0.05),且对照组患者的龈沟探针深度也明显深于实验组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用髓腔嵌体冠全冠固定桥修复法来修复固位力和基牙,具有良好的双重固位效果,且成功率高、性能好、强度高,患者治疗后咀嚼功能恢复较快,不良反应较低,适宜在临床中推广应用。
Objective To compare Wacom molar inlay crown retainer to the prosthesis retention effect and abutment periodontal tissue.Methods In our hospital, 200 cases（teeth） were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two, control group with extracoronal retainer metal ceramic repair method, while the experimental group used intramedullary inlay crown crown fixed bridge repair, repair of the two groups were compared and the success rate of teeth repair, repair after gingival crevicular 6 and 12 months of probing depth（PD）, gingival crevicular fluid（GCF） secretion and aspartic acid transaminase（AST）, alkaline phosphatase（ALP） and tumor necrosis factor Zi（TNF-alpha） level. Results Two groups of patients after repair, the secretion of GCF, AST level, ALP level, increased IL-6 levels and TNF-levels than before treatment, and increased in the control group was higher than the patients in the experimental group（P〈0.05）, and the control group of patients with sulcus probing depth was significantly deep in the experimental group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The inlay crown crown fixed bridge repair method to repair the retentive force and abutment with the medullary cavity, has double good retention effect, and high success rate, good performance, high strength, fast recovery of masticatory function in patients after treatment, adverse reaction Low, suitable for clinical application.
