摘要
行政事业单位是我国社会公共服务的重要构成部分,其具有的服务大众与监督管理职能为我国社会的可持续发展提供了有力的推动力,其中行政管理与绩效考核是行政事业单位实现单位行政管理目标与经济目标的一种有效措施,对于提升行政事业单位服务水平与质量具有至关重要的影响作用。论文对行政事业单位中的预算管理以及绩效考核中存在的问题进行细致分析,并提出切实可行的改进意见推动行政事业单位进行改革。
Administrative institution is an important part of social public service in our country. Its function of serving the masses and supervision and management provides a powerful impetus for the sustainable development of our society. The administrative management and performance appraisal are effective measures to realize the administrative units of administrative institutions and economic targets,which has a crucial role to improve service levels and quality of administrative institutions. This paper analyzes the problems existing in budget management and performance appraisal in administrative institutions, and puts forward feasible suggestions for improvement, so as to promote the reform of administrative institutions.
