摘要
对项目区坡耕地进行农田改造,本着因地制宜,全面规划、综合治理的原则,实施坡改梯治理措施,并进行水源和电力配套,以此来改善当地移民耕种的条件。
The farmland restructuring project is implementing at Chaoyang county to improve the local immigration farming conditions. In the light of local condition, the terracing of sloping fields with a comprehensive planning and management is supplied with the water resource and electricity facilities.
