明确秦皇岛市高耗能玻璃企业低碳发展的现状,抓住主要发展任务,并根据具体任务开展相应低碳发展工作,为秦皇岛提出符合当地的具体情况的实施方案。
The current low carbon development status of high energy consuming glass enterprises in Qinhuangdao was analyzed. The main task of development should be grasped and low carbon development business should be carried out according to practical situations. Some implementation plans applying to local realistic conditions of Qinhuangdao were put forward in the paper.
