摘要
目的:探讨心理护理干预对改善精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的效果。方法:收治精神分裂症患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理干预。结果:经过临床护理,观察组患者汉密尔顿评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对精神分裂症患者进行治疗的过程中,心理护理干预能够有效改善患者的抑郁情绪以及其现存的精神症状,有效提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the depressive symptoms of schizophrenics.Methods:80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine care,and the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention.Results:After the clinical nursing,the score of Hamilton in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of the treatment on schizophrenia patients,psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients' depression and their existing psychiatric symptoms,and effectively improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
