摘要
蔬菜流通作为农产品流通中的重要组成部分,一直受到广大学者的关注。文章对蔬菜流通的主体、蔬菜流通模式(传统流通模式、"农超对接"和"农社对接"模式)、蔬菜流通效率三个方面的研究成果进行归纳和总结,针对蔬菜流通中的问题提出相应的解决措施,指出以后的研究方向和重点。
Vegetable distribution, an important part in the circulation of agricultural products, has attracted the attention of researchers. The present paper reviews and sums up literatures researching into the three aspects of vegetable distribution: the main body, distribution patterns including the traditional pattern, farming-supermarket docking and farming-cooperative docking, and distribution efficiency. It points out problems in the process of vegetable distribution, puts forward corresponding measures, and gives directions and priorities for future researches.
