摘要
创新驱动发展背景下,应用型科研机构的传统"线性模式"已难满足自身与社会经济发展需求。结合"巴斯德象限"的技术创新模式与新型科研机构的创新实践要求,我国科研机构应重新认识基础研究与应用研究的关系,加强产学研深度合作,通过功能定位、创新资金、创新环节、创新评价等实现有效技术创新。
mTo implement the innovation-driven development strategy,it is no longer proper for application oriented research institutes to simply apply the traditional ＂linear mode＂ in research activities.Instead national research institutes in China should make full use of both Pasteur＇s Quadrant theory and practical experiences,rediscover the relationship between fundamental research and applied research,as well enhance the industry-university cooperation and science-technology cooperation,and valuable research outcomes could be produced via breakthroughs in function defining,innovative funds,innovative process,innovative evaluation,etc.
