摘要
针对重铬酸钠传统工业化生产中存在的污染严重及工艺落后问题,研究了以铬酸钠为原料,再以钌、铱、钛氧化物做复合阳极的自制复极式两室电解槽中电化学合成重铬酸钠绿色新技术。实验表明可用电解槽电压随电解时间的变化规律来监控和定量表征重铬酸钠合成进程,并建立了反应进程数学模型及槽电压随时间变化速率方程,研究发现所建模型定量表征重铬酸钠电化学合成进程良好,详细讨论了槽电压的影响因素。
To solve the problems existing in the traditional industrial production of sodium dichromate about heavily polluted and backward technology,a new green technology of producing sodium dichromate from sodium chromate with an electrochemical synthesis method was studied in a self-made multipole electrolytic bath with a composite anode of Ru-Ir-Ti oxide.Experiments showed that the electrochemical synthesis process of sodium dichromate might be monitoringed and characterized by the variation of cell voltage with time.The mathematical model of reaction process and the change rate equations of cell voltage were established,and satisfactorily characterized the electrochemical synthesis process of sodium dichromate.The factors influencing the cell voltage were discussed.
