摘要
以3,6-二羟基邻苯二甲腈为原料合成α-八辛氧基酞菁钴,利用红外光谱、紫外光谱及质谱对所制备催化剂结构进行表征,并研究其光催化性能,考察了该催化剂用量、H_2O_2浓度对孔雀石绿脱色率的影响。结果表明:当光强度500W,催化剂用量为0.6 g·L^(-1),H_2O_2浓度为6 mmol·L^(-1),80 min后孔雀石绿的脱色效果可达94.32%。该反应符合一级动力学方程,速率常数k=0.039 min^(-1)。
α-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine cobalt was synthesized with 3,6-dihydroxyphthalonitrile,and the metal phthalocyanine were characterized through VU-vis,FI-TR and MS,and the photocatalytic efficiency was studied.The effects of the amount of catalyst and the concentration of H2O2 on the decolorization ratio of malachite green were investigated.The results showed that when the light intensity was 500 W,and catalyst dosage was 0.6 g·L-1,hydrogen peroxide concentration was 6 mmol·L-1 and the degradation of malachite green reached 94.32% within 80 min,the reaction was consistent with the first order kinetic equation.The rate constant k=0.039 min-1.
