摘要
奥美伽离合器是一种利用摩擦片之间的油膜剪切力来传递动力的新型传动装置。它有很多优点,适用于负荷变化较大的机械。文中首先分析某奥美伽离合器液压系统中主要设备的工作原理,然后在此基础上简要分析奥美伽离合器的主要回路液压原理,为该离合器的维修和管理提供理论依据。
The Omega clutch is a new type of gearing device which transmits the power by utilizing the shearing force of oil film between two sets of friction discs. It has many advantages and is suitable for the machinery with the large load variation. By analyzing the working principle of the major equipment in the Omega clutch hydraulic system, the major hydraulic circuit principle is briefly analyzed to provide theoretical reference for the maintenance and administration of the Omega clutch.
