摘要
民营企业的腐败行为不仅损害所有人和投资人的利益,贻误企业发展,也破坏政治生态,助长社会腐败风气,影响国家治理的效果和反腐败进程。党的十八大以来,我国在对公共权力领域的腐败重拳出击的同时,也通过推进简政放权、加大对行贿犯罪的惩治、倡导建立亲清政商关系,努力遏制民营企业从事腐败活动的动因。当前我国民营企业的腐败治理在经济政策、法律保障、反腐格局等方面依然面临诸多制度性障碍,应当有针对性地予以化解和应对,为深化党风廉政建设和推动企业健康发展注入新的动力。
The corruption in private enterprises damages the interests of owners and investors,hinders the development of enterprises,destroys political ecology,encourages social corruption,affects national governance and anti corruption process.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the state strikes a heavy blow against corruption in the field of public power.Meanwhile,by promoting decentralization,increasing the punishment of bribery,advocating ＂Qin and qing＂political-business relationship,the state tries to contain the reasons for private enterprises to engage in corruption activities.At present,corruption governance in China＇s private enterprises faces many institutional obstacles in the aspects of economic policy,legal protection and anti-corruption pattern.We should resolve and cope with these obstacles,and inject new vitality for building a clean government and promoting the healthy development of enterprises.
