摘要
为增强军队网络舆论引导与管控,实现军事信息传播的军民融合,在分析网络舆论特征的基础上,指出增强网络舆论引导与管控军民融合的意义,提出加强网络舆论引导与管控军民融合,要利用网络传播媒介、弘扬军队"正能量",提高军队网络参与度、传播军队"好声音",正确看待网络舆论、走军民融合式传播新道路的对策。
To strengthen guidance and control of military network public opinion and realize civil-military integration of military information transmission,the paper firstly analyzes the features of network public opinion and indicates the significance of strengthening civil-military integrated guidance and control of network public opinion. Then,it puts forward following countermeasures to strengthen civil-military integrated guidance and control of network public opinion： promoting military positive energy through network medium,enhancing military network participation and spreading military quality,treating network public opinion properly and taking the road of civil-military integration.
