摘要
食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血(EGVB)是肝硬化常见的并发症,病死率高。内镜下治疗是预防和治疗曲张静脉破裂出血的重要手段,已广泛应运于临床,取得良好疗效,极大的提高了患者的生存率。本文就EGVB的内镜下治疗状况进行综述。
Esophageal and gastric varices bleeding（ EGVB） is a common complication of liver cirrhosis,accompanied with a high mortality. Endoscopic treatments are important means of prevention and therapy of EGVB. They have been widely applied in clinic,producing good curative effect,greatly improving the survival rate of patients. This review summarized the current researches of endoscopic treatments in EGVB.
