摘要
针对肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭的临床护理展开分析,为日后的临床护理提供参考与指导。从我院选择60例肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者,按照随机的方法,将60例肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组。经过研究发现,实验组的护理有效率高于对照组护理有效率,且十分明显,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。说明通过优质护理,可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,对患者的恢复积极作用较为显著,值得推广。
The clinical nursing of pulmonary heart disease with chronic respiratory failure was analyzed,which provided reference and guidance for future clinical nursing.60 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with chronic respiratory failure were divided into two groups according to the randomized method.The results showed that the effective rate of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.It indicates that quality care can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
