摘要
针对身体活动对健康的促进作用,分析了身体活动对健康促进的四个效度:效应、效率、量度、跨度。身体活动健康促进的结果存在正效应、无效应、负效应三种情况。研究表明,每个人都有一个属于自己的最佳剂量效应。个体应在遵照生理学基础上,按照适合自身的效率、量度、跨度坚持身体活动,就能获得健康正效应。
In order to promote the health effects of physical activity,the paper mainly explores four aspects of physical activity on health promotion: effect,efficiency,measure and span. The results of physical activity for health promotion include 3 cases: positive effect,negative effect and no effect. Research shows that everyone has his/her own best dosage effect. Personal body exercise that suits his/her own efficiency,measure and span and is based on physiological basis,will get the most positive and healthy effects.
