摘要
目的分析儿童脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)肢体康复训练联合心理干预的效果。方法选择2015年6月-2016年6月河北医科大学第二医院就诊的82例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采取计算机随机分组方案,常规组与实验组均41例,常规组单纯采取肢体康复训练,实验组在此基础上加心理干预,对比两组患儿康复情况。结果实验组与常规组患儿的康复训练总有效率为97.56%与78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿干预后的适应性行为与大运动行为评分均明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿家属的满意度为95.12%,明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿采取肢体康复训练联合心理干预的应用效果显著,可进一步改善患儿日常生活质量,促进疾病的早日康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of limb rehabilitation training combined with psychological intervention in treat.ment of chil- dren with cerebral palsy. Methods Eighty-two children with cerebral palsy were selected from the hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, then they were divided into routine group and experimental group randomly, 41 children in each group. The children in routine group were treated by limb rehabilitation training, and the children in experimental group were treated by limb rehabilitation training combined with psy- chological intervention. The rehabilitation conditions of children in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates in ex- perimental group and routine group were 97.56% and 78.05%, respectively, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〈0. 05) . After intervention, the scores of adaptive behavior and gross motor in experimental group were statistically significantly better than those in routine group (P〈0. 05) . The satisfaction of family members in experimental group was 95.12%, which was statistical- ly significantly better than that in routine group (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion The effect of limb rehabilitation training combined with psycho- logical intervention in treatment of children with cerebral palsy is significant, which can further improve quality of daily life and promote early recovery of the disease.
