一种光伏阵列接地阻抗的测量方法

摘要 在光伏逆变器安全性指标中,测试光伏阵列的接地阻抗功能是安全性指标中重要指标之一。能否准确无误测量,关系到逆变器的安全以及整个系统的安全。固定结构阻抗测试电路主要是采用一个可控恒流源电路、两个功率MOS管组成线性电路分压组成,再由DSP芯片去采样检测电压信号,通过软件控制算法计算后得到光伏阵列接地阻抗值。 In the security index of photovoltaic inverter, testing the grounding impedance of photovoltaic array isone of the important security indexes. The accuracy of the measurement is related to the safety of the inverter andthe whole system. I f the grounding impedance of the PY array can not be correctly measured, it may cause falsealarm of the inverter, and the system can not generate electricity, or it may cause fire and lead to greater losses.One is to design the impedance test circuit of the fixed structure, and the other is to realize the control algorithm.Fixed structure impedance test circuit mainly adopts a controllable constant current source circuit, and two powerMOS tube dividers composed of linear circuit, then the voltage signals are sampled by the DSP chip. It can bejudged whether photovoltaic array meets the requirements of grounding impedance after comparing the thresholdgrounding impedance with the result of software control algorithm.
