摘要
晚清巴蜀地区地理封闭,传统蜀学凋零,同时新学不昌,薛焕等人请建新书院。光绪元年,尊经书院招生开学。从成立到改制,尊经书院只存在二十七年,而在此期间,它以严谨的治学态度和良好的学风,成为蜀中文化教育的楷模。传统蜀学不仅得到继承,更与湘学交汇,有新的发展。同时,在晚清内忧外患之际,新学传入蜀地,尊经学子们以尊经书院为基地将新学广泛传播,推动社会风气的转变,而后尊经书院改制成学堂,也促进巴蜀地区近代文化教育的发展。
In the late Qing Dynasty,the Bashu area was closed and the traditional Shu Learning was dying.At the same time,the New Learning was not very popular.XUE Huan and others requested the establishment of the new academy,and in the first year of Guangxu,Zunjing Academy started to enroll students.From the establishment to the reform,Zunjing Academy only existed for twenty-seven years,and during this period,it became a model of the Chinese culture and education with rigorous scholarship and good study style.Traditional Shu Learning was not only inherited,but also blended with Xiang Learning,thus obtained further development.Meanwhile,the New Learning was introduced into Bashu area on the occasion of domestic trouble and foreign invasion in the late Qing Dynasty.The students took Zunjing Academy as the base,spread the New Learning widely,promoted the change of social atmosphere,and then reformed the Academy into a school.It also advanced the development of modern culture and education in Ba shu area.
