摘要
基于调速永磁电机在起重机上的应用,以起升机构为研究对象,分析了其结构特征,建立了起升机构动力学模型,并通过MATLAB中Simulink模块进行仿真,得出了起升动载荷和动载系数。研究得出的结论能够对起升机构的设计提供一定的借鉴意义,该文的研究方法也适于分析起重机的其他机构,研究结果与起重机工作实际相符。
Based on the application of variable-speed permanent-magnet motor in crane, taking the lifting mecha-nism as the study object, its structure is analyzed, the hoisting mechanism dynamics model is established and the simulation is done by MATLAB Simulink module, thus obtaining the lifting dynamic load and the dynamic load co-efficient. The conclusions provides a certain reference to the design of lifting mechanism. The research method is al-so suitable for analyzing other institutions, and the findings match the actual facts.
