摘要
目的:研究艾灸辅助左氧氟沙星治疗老年患者慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法:收集由于慢性支气管炎急性发作住院的老年患者70例,并按入院顺序分成两组,每组35例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗(3次/d),观察组在对照组基础上给予艾灸辅助治疗,采用中医症状(喘息、咳痰、咳嗽、哮鸣音)评分表评价两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况,免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)变化,以及观察治疗的总有效率。结果:两组患者症状评分在治疗前无显著性差异,治疗后观察组的中医症状评分显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平检测结果显示,治疗后各组患者的(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平均较同组显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组升高幅度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效结果显示,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可有效辅助左氧氟沙星改善老年患者慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床症状,提高免疫及临床有效率。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of Moxibustion in the treatment of elderly patients with acute episode of chronic bronchitis.Methods：70 cases of chronic bronchitis patients were selected in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,35 cases in each group.The control group were given the levofloxacin（3/d）,the observation group were given adjuvant therapy of moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine on the base of the therapy of control group.Then evaluated the symptom scores of two groups before and after treatment of symptoms,immunoglobulin（IgA,IgG,IgM）and the total effective treatment were detected during the treatment.Results：The two groups had no significant difference in symptom scores before treatment.And the TCM symptom scores of observation group decreased significantly,therefore the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）;the level of immune globulin（IgA,IgG,IgM）showed that the patients in each group were significantly increased（P0.05,P0.01）,and the observation group increased significantly than that of the control group（P0.05）.The clinical results showed that the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Moxibustion clould effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,and improve the immune or clinical efficiency.
