摘要
沥青结合料与沥青混合料均属于沥青路面材料,它们的使用性能影响路面的使用寿命。为研究欧洲岩沥青改性沥青结合料和混合料使用性能的关系,制备了掺量为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%的欧洲岩沥青改性沥青和相应的AC-20C沥青混合料,并进行了沥青结合料的常规使用性能试验、Superpave使用性能试验以及沥青混合料的车辙试验、马歇尔稳定度试验、弯曲试验。试验结果分析表明,欧洲岩沥青改性沥青结合料的高温性能与混合料的高温稳定性、欧洲岩沥青改性沥青结合料的-12℃蠕变劲度与混合料的-10℃弯曲劲度模量具有良好的线性相关关系。然而,欧洲岩沥青改性沥青结合料低温性能与混合料低温抗裂性的关系为抛物线关系,有待进一步研究。
Asphalt binder and asphalt mixture both belong to asphalt pavement materials , and their performances will have much effect on the life length of p a v e m e n t. In order to research the relation-ship betw^een performances of European rock asphalt modified asphalt binder and phalt binder containing 0% , 5% , 10% , 15% , 20% European rock asphalt and corresponding A C - 20C asphalt mixture were prepared. Conventional and Superpave performance tests on asphalt binder ,rutting test , Marshall stability test and bending test on asphalt mixture were then carried out. T h e analy-ses about test results indicate that the relationship betw^een the high temperature performance of modified asphalt binder and the high temperature stability of modified asphalt mixture is well liAnd the relationship between the creep stiffness of modified asphalt binder at - tensile modulus of modified asphalt mixture at - 10°C is also linear. However , temperature performance of European rock asphalt modified asphalt binder and the low ing resistance of modified asphalt mixture is parabolic and needs further investigation.
