摘要
为全面评价环保型TR(Triturable Rock)沥青混合料增强剂的路用性能,分别采用车辙、汉堡、动态模量、四点弯曲疲劳等试验方法,对比了采用干法工艺的TR增强剂AC-20沥青混合料和空白样的路用性能。结果显示TR增强剂能显著改善沥青混合料的模量、高温稳定性、疲劳性能和水稳定性。各项指标都满足高模量沥青混合料的性能要求,从而满足重载交通的需要。
In order to fully assess the road performance of environment-friendly TR additive, thetest indexes were compared between bituminous mixtures with TR additive anspectively by rutting , Hamburg , dynamic modulus and four-point bending fatigue testing method , etc.The test results indicated that TR additive could significantly improve performance of common bituminous mixtures such as stiffness modulus , high temperature stabilization and resisting-rut ability , anti-fatigue and moisture- sensitivity. all the test indexes of hot mixture asphalt with TR additive could meet the re-quirements of high modulus asphalt mixture , which could meet the demand of the heavy traffic.
