摘要
随着大学生维权意识的不断增强,大学生利益表达越来越活跃。引导学生正确表达利益诉求,形成有效的利益诉求机制,是高校管理中的一个重要问题。文中梳理了关于大学生利益诉求表达机制的相关文献,采用调查问卷获取数据,并用STATA软件分析这些数据,对大学生利益诉求表达意识、行为和机制的现状进行研究。在此基础上,提出了以下几条优化大学生利益表达行为的建议:转变对大学生利益诉求表达行为的思想认识;畅通大学生利益诉求表达的渠道;建立便捷高效的学生诉求处理系统;引导大学生理性表达利益诉求。
Along with the consciousness of college students,they are more and more activeto express their own interests.How to guide students to correctly express interests,establish the effective interests expression mechanism,is an important problem of the management in colleges and universities. This paper review the literature about college students＇ interests expression mechanism. Data were obtained from questionnaires and analyzed with STATA software. Through the analysis of the data,this paper studies the current situation of expressing consciousness,behavior and mechanism of interest demand of college students. On this basis,this paper proposes the following suggestions for optimizing the expression behaviors of college students：We need to change the view of the expression of the interests of college students; The channel to express the interests of college students should be unblocked; A convenient and efficient student appeal processing system should be established; Colleges and universities should guide students to rationally express their interest demands.
