摘要
生鲜跨境物流需要既保持产品新鲜度,又保证配送时间,同时对企业而言,还希望达到成本最优化,因此,合理的物流节点选址,完善的物流网络,以实现生鲜农产品跨境冷链物流一体化运作显得尤为重要。针对生鲜易损耗、易变质及跨境物流特性,构建国内供应点—物流园区—口岸—国外需求点的四层跨境物流网络,提出一种园区与口岸协同的跨境冷链物流网络节点优化选址模型,并应用改进的遗传算法结合双层0-1整数规划法进行求解,最后,通过云南省与GMS国家的生鲜农产品跨境贸易展开实例分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性,以期为企业及政府有关部门进行"一带一路"冷链物流园区选址决策提供借鉴参考。
Fresh agricultural products Cross-border logistics needs both to maintain freshness,and to ensure delivery time,at the same time for enterprises,but also hope to achieve cost optimization,therefore,reasonable logistics node location and perfect logistics network is particularly important. Aiming at the perishable and loss feature of fresh agricultural products,the characteristics of Cross-border logistics,this paper builds a four-level Cross-border logistics network with domestic supply Point-logistics Park-port-foreign demand points,and presents a collaborative optimization Node location model for Cross-border cold chain Logistics Network. The improved genetic algorithm and double 0-1 integer programming method is applied to solve the model. Finally,from the case of the fresh agricultural international trade between Yunnan and GMS countries in ASEAN,the validity of the model and algorithm is demonstrated,and will provide a beneficial reference for decision makers of related enterprises and governmental departments.
