摘要
目的分析总结血站血液检验标本误差的产生原因,并探讨有针对性的改进措施。方法于2016年1月—2017年6月我站收集的血液检验标本中选取4 300例,其中存在误差的血液标本74例,对其误差产生原因进行总结。结果 74例有误差的血液标本中,采集环节所致误差占比35.13%,其中标本凝块占比20.27%,血量不足占比14.86%;送检环节因素导致的误差占比40.54%,其中以运送温度不标准所占比重较大;检测环节所致误差占比16.22%,献血者自身因素占比8.11%。结论在血站血液检验工作中,血液标本采集、送检、检验以及献血者自身因素均有可能导致检验结果出现误差,应规范操作,有针对性的进行改进,减少误差,保障血站血液检验质量。
Objective To analyze and summarize the causes of errors in blood test specimens of blood stations, and to discuss the targeted measures for improvement. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 4 300 samples of blood samples were collected from our station, of which there were 74 cases of blood samples with errors, and the causes of the errors were summarized. Results In 74 cases of blood specimens with errors, the errors caused by the collection process accounted for 35.13%, among which the specimen clots accounted for 20.27%, and the blood volume was insufficient, accounting for 14.86%. The proportion of errors caused by inspection links accounted for 40.54%, in which the temperature of transportation was not standard. The proportion of errors caused by detection was 16.22%, and the proportion of donors was 8.11%. Conclusion In blood station blood test work, blood specimen collection, inspection, inspection and blood donors own factors may lead to errors in the test results. The blood station should standardize the operation, make targeted improvement, reduce errors, and ensure the quality of blood test in the blood station.
