摘要
目的探讨团队协作模式在溶栓患者管理中的运用。方法为提高缺血性脑卒中急性期的救治率,建立卒中中心,成立团队协作小组,成员应有各阶层医生,护士,以神经内科为主,急诊科、影像科、检验科、介入科、神经外科、护工中心、药房为辅的脑卒中小组,小组明确分工,完善各小组相应的职责及义务,共同完成急性脑梗塞患者溶栓治疗。我院自2016年7月起开始实施团队协作模式,比较实施团队协作模式前后患者的溶栓成功率。结果采取团队协作模式,科内及科间配合默契,急性脑梗死患者就诊流程通畅,有效避免由于院内沟通不足致时间拖延,影响溶栓治疗,有效提高工作效率,确保医疗安全。实施团队协作模式后患者溶栓成功率100%优于实施前的46.11%(P<0.05)。结论采取团队合作模式,有利于急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓患者的诊治,提高医疗护理安全性。
Objective To explore the application of teamwork model in the management of thrombolytic patients. Methods In order to improve the treatment rate of acute ischemic stroke, the stroke center and team collaboration group were established, the members included all levels of doctors and nurses, neurology department was the main department, assisted with emergency department, imaging department, laboratory department, intervention department, neurosurgery department, nursing center, and pharmacy supplemented as the stroke group, the group was clearly labor divided, the corresponding responsibilities and obligations of the group were improved, the thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction patients was cooperate completed. Since July 2016, our team began to implement team cooperation model and compared the success rate of thrombolysis between patients before and after the implementation of team cooperation model. Results Through team collaboration mode, the departments cooperated well and treatment process of acute cerebral infarction patients was smooth, effectively avoided the time delay due to lack of communication and affect thrombolytic therapy, effectively improved the effciency and ensured medical safety. After the implementation of team cooperation model, the success rate of thrombolysis was 100%, which was better than 46.11% before implementation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through team cooperation model, it is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke thrombolytic patients, improve the safety of medical care.
