以某尼龙11项目为例,根据其工艺流程和介质特性,确定了输送强腐蚀性介质溴素和溴化氢的管道为硼硅玻璃管道,并重点阐述了玻璃管道的设计要求、管道的组成和安装时的注意事项。
Taking a nylon 11 project as an example,this paper discusses the determination of the borosilicate glass pipe as the pipeline for transporting bromine and hydrogen bromide-the highly corrosive media based on its technological process and media characteristics.The design requirements,composition of the pipe and the precautions during installation are also elaborated on in this paper.
