摘要
随着新世纪的到来,我国的各项经济和建设都在快速的发展和进步之中,但是在发展过程中很多问题也凸显出来,其中环境是最主要的一个问题,虽然最近几年我国对环境的检测一直都从未松懈过,但是从整体看来,其检测的力度和水平还是有所欠缺,本文主要论述的在我国的环境监测能力建设方面,面对检测能力的现状进行详细的分析,找出问题的根源所在,逐步加大对环境监测能力的建设,为我国社会的发展和建设做出最大的努力。
