摘要
内蒙古自治区污水处理厂2008年起逐步安装在线监控设备,经过近十年的积累与发展,污水处理厂在线监控数据已稳定可信,但是对于数据的分析处理却相对落后。本文以聚类分析法为基础,利用2016年全年在线监控数据,将内蒙古自治区污水处理厂污水处理能力划分为四类,并对污水处理厂负荷率、污染物去除率等值进行比较,发现各类企业负荷率较低,化学需氧量和氨氮的去除率无显著差异。本文对于内蒙古自治区污水处理厂处理能力的分类,为在线监控数据使用提供了新思路,为企业绩效考核与治污补贴提供了理论依据。
The installation of online monitoring equipment for sewage treatment plants is gradually pushed on in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionsince 2008. After nearly 10 years of accumulation and development, online monitoring data of sewage treatment plants has been stable and credible, but the data analysis and processing is relatively backward. In this paper, the emission reduction capacity of the sewage treatment plants is divided into four categories, based on the cluster analysis, using the online monitoring data of2016. The results show that the load rate of sewage treatmentplants is relatively low, and there is no significant difference in the removal rate between chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen. Classification of emission reduction capacity provides a new way for the use of online monitoring data, and also provides a theoretical basis for enterprise performance appraisal and pollution control subsidies.
