摘要
本文分别以经过1、5、10、15 h在36℃和42℃两个亚致死高温下驯化后的赤拟谷盗各虫态(卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫)为研究对象,观察和记录其在50℃高温下处理不同时间(10、15、20、25、30、35 min)后试虫死亡率的变化。研究结果表明:在36℃和42℃两个亚致死高温下驯化后的赤拟谷盗卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫的死亡率显著下降,尤其是经过42℃驯化后其耐热性显著增强。与36℃的驯化相比,在42℃的驯化的赤拟谷盗死亡率随着热处理时间的增加显著降低;在热处理30 min后,36℃驯化的赤拟谷盗幼虫死亡率仅下降了2.19%,而42℃驯化的赤拟谷盗幼虫死亡率下降了63.54%。随着驯化时间的增加,试虫的死亡率显著降低;在对36℃驯化的赤拟谷盗成虫进行热处理20 min时,试虫的死亡率从26.67%降低到7.67%。在热处理时间增加的情况下,试虫的死亡率呈现出显著上升趋势;在经过1、5、10、15 h的42℃高温驯化的赤拟谷盗卵在10-35 min热处理时间内,试虫死亡率分别增长56.68、34.87、28.93、28.91%,明显低于对照组的85.43%。因此,亚致死高温驯化有利于提高试虫的耐热性。
In this paper, we acclimated Tribolium castaneum each state(eggs, larva, pupa and adults) for 1, 5, 10, 15 h, with the two Sub-lethal high temperature of 36 ℃ and 42 ℃ respectively for the object of study. By observation and calculation the mortality rates of the insect which experienced 50 ℃ high temperature with processing different time(10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 min) to find out the influence of their ecological adaptability after the short-term temperature acclimation of the Tribolium cataneum. The study showed that: In the two Sub-lethal high temperature of 36 ℃ and 42 ℃ acclimation of the Tribolium cataneum, the morality decreased significantly, especially after acclimation to 42 ℃, the heat resistance is significantly enhanced. Compared to 36 ℃ acclimation conditions, under the 42 ℃ acclimation, the mortality of Tribolium cataneum decreased more significantly with the increasing heat treatment time. During 30 min heat treatment, when Tribolium cataneum larvae were acclimated in 36 ℃, the insect mortality rate has dropped only 2.19 %, while under 42 ℃ acclimated, the mortality rate has dropped by 63.54 %, which illustrated the acclimation under 42 ℃ is more likely to improve the heat resistance of the Tribolium cataneum. With the increase of the acclimation, the mortality of the insect was significantly reduced. In the 36 ℃ acclimation of Tribolium cataneum adults, during the heat treatment for 20 min, the insect mortality rate reduced from 26.27 % to 7.67 %. With the increase of heat treatment time, the mortality of the insect showed a significant upward trend. During 10-35 min heat treatment time, after 1, 5, 10, 15 h 42 ℃high temperature acclimation of Tribolium cataneum eggs, insect mortality are respectively 56.68, 34.87, 28.93, 28.91 %, significantly lower than 85.43 % in the control group. It can be seen that the high temperature is beneficial to improve the heat resistance of Tribolium cataneum.
