摘要
课题收集了四种不同来源的粉葛作为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法测定其葛根素含量,从而建立粉葛中葛根素的测定方法,并对四种来源的粉葛进行评价。
This paper collected four different sources of Pachyrhizua angulatus as the research object, and the content of Puerarin was determined by HPLC in order to establish a method for the determination of Puerarin and evaluate the four sources of Pachyrhizua angulatus.
