摘要
目的:探讨开展穴位贴敷新项目前,预先建立护理干预体系的效果。方法:通过借鉴穴位贴敷的护理经验建立干预体系并评价临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:穴位贴敷的临床效果和建立的护理干预体系与照组均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对穴位贴敷预先建立护理干预体系进行护理能有效提高临床治疗效果,且较少相关不良反应发生,值得推广和借鉴。
Objective：For exploring acupuncture points before applying the new project,the effect of nursing intervention system will be got in advance.Methods：Through using acupoint sticking the nursing experience of establishing intervention system and evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occur.Results：The clinical effect of acupoint sticking and establishing a system of nursing intervention and group had statistically difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupoint sticking in advance to establish nursing intervention system for nursing can effectively improve the effect of clinical treatment,and less related adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
