摘要
本文采用网络调查的方式,面向全国各省市的大学生样本进行学校认同感的调查,并运用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析,从中发现目前大学生对学校的认同感普遍不高,民办院校与公立院校的学生在校风、学风、校史、学校整体建设水平、后勤保障水平和认同感得分上存在显著差异。民办院校的满意度和认同感得分均高于公立院校。学生的年级对于校风、学风、校史的评价有影响。本文分析影响学校认同感的因素,并着重从学校软硬件建设、教学质量、后勤保障、校园文化建设等方面提出对策建议。
Using the method of Intemet survey,we conducted the survey for the national college students, and ＋ used SPSS statistical software for data analysis,found that the current coUege students＇ identification generally is not high.The students in private colleges and public institutions have significant differences in the school spirit style, the overall construction level,the level of logistics support and the scores of identity.The scores of satisfaction and approval of private colleges are higher than public colleges.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the school identification,and puts forward the countermeasures from the school hardware and software construction,teaching quality,logistics security, campus culture construction and other aspects.
