摘要
本文设计以邻硝基甲苯为原料,经过溴化反应和水解反应,两步反应得到目标产物邻硝基苯甲醛.其中溴化反应采用溴化钠为溴化剂,通氯气的条件下制备中间体邻硝基二溴苄,本文针对溴化反应的应条件进行了优化.优化后的工艺条件为n(邻硝基甲苯)∶n(NaBr)∶n(H_2O)∶n(CCl_4)=0.1∶0.2∶0.27∶1,40℃反应12 h,中间体邻硝基二溴苄产率高达84.8%,邻硝基苯甲醛的总收率为81.3%,该工艺成本低,产率高,易于工业化.
In this paper,o-nitrobenzaldehyde is synthesized through bromination reaction and hydrolysis reaction by using onitrotoluene as raw material. In bromination reaction,using sodium bromide as brominating agent,the intermediate of 1-(dibromomethyl)-2-nitrobenzene is obtained through the introduction of chlorine. The conditions of the bromination reaction are optimized. The optimum conditions:n(2-nitrotoluene)∶ n(NaBr)∶ n(H_2O)∶ n(CCl_4)= 0.1 ∶ 0.2 ∶ 0.27 ∶ 1,40 ℃,reacting for 12 h. The yield of 1-(dibromomethyl)-2-nitrobenzene is 84.8%,and the yield of o-nitrobenzaldehyde is 81.3%. This synthetic method has low cost,high yield and is easily industrialized.
