摘要
中国改革开放30年后的今天,中国经济取得了震惊世人的成就。但是,现在人口红利逐渐消失,经济发展的约束条件已经发生了变化,由原来的总量失衡逐渐转变为结构性失衡。与此同时,部分产业周期性失衡与结构性失衡相互叠加,供给侧改革势在必行。本文选取河南省为样本,分析认为河南省存在产业技术分布不均衡等四个问题。结合国内外经济形势现状,得出了在供给侧改革视角下产业技术的发展路径。
Since the reform-and-opening up 30 years ago in China, Chinese economy has created astonishing achievements. But now, the demographic bonus is gradually disappearing, and the constraints of economic develop- ment have changed from the original overall imbalance into structural imbalance. At the sametime, with the partial industry cyclical imbalances and structural imbalances superimposed, the supply side reform is imperative. In this paper, Henan Province is selected as a sample, and it is believed that there are four problems in Henan Province through analysis, such as uneven distribution of industrial technology. Based on the present situation of the domestic and international economic situation, the development path of industrial technology from the perspective of supply side reform is obtained.
