摘要
目的比较泪小管离断伤三种手术方法的疗效。方法选取2016年2—12月来我院治疗的泪小管离断伤患者180例(共180眼),其中男性患者92例,女性患者88例,年龄16~58岁,将所有研究对象随机分为三组,每组研究对象为60例,A组采用单路置管术,B组采用双路置管术,C组采用环形置管术。三组均在术后3个月予以拔管,并且拔管后随访3个月,比较三种手术的治愈率和术后并发症的发生率。结果 C组的有效率高于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组的并发症发生率低于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且与A组比较,B组的有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对三种泪小管离断伤手术方法的疗效进行比较分析,结果表明,环形置管术的有效率最高,并且并发症发生率最低。
Objective To compare the curative effect of three surgical methods for laceration of canaliculus. Methods A total of 180 patients （180 eyes） were treated with canaliculus in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2016. Among them, 92 were male patients and 88 were female patients aged from 16 to 58 years old. Then these cases were devided into 3 groups randomly called group A, B and C. The cases in group A were treated withone way canalicular silicone tube intubation, group B were treated with two way canalicular silicone tube intubation, and group C were treated with ring silicone tube intubation. The tubes of all cases were removed after 3 months and followed for 3 months. The cure rates and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared. Results The effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, andthe complication rate of group C was lower than that of group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared to group A, the effective rate of group B was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of surgical treatment for three kinds of laceration of canaliculus is comparatively analyzed. The results show that the efficiency of circular catheterization is the highest, and the incidence of complications is the lowest.
