摘要
为了解决机械式继电器在测井仪频繁使用过程中,产生的触点烧蚀故障率高、功耗和发热量大等问题,设计了一种新型井下开关电路。该井下开关电路是利用MOS管输入回路的电场效应可控制输出回路电流的特点,具有可靠性高、开关速度快、成本低等优点。详细论述了MOS管开关特性,MOS管开关电路的设计原理及室内实验情况。
A new downhole switching circuit has been developed to address the proble ms of high failure rate of contact ablation, high power assumption and high heat emission caused by frequent use of mechanical relay. Applying the field effect of the MOS input circuit to control the cun'ent of the output circuit, the new switching circuit has gained advantages of high reliability, rapid switching speed and low cost. This paper has detailed the switching characteristics, design principles and laboratory experiments of the MOS pipe.
