摘要
社会经济发展对于人才的需求逐渐向着复合应用型人才转变,人才的实践能力与知识储备量同样重要。从创新教育理念角度出发,分析校企合作人才培养的积极意义与实践培养的理念,探讨校企合作人才培养示范基地的培养策略。
The development of social economy is gradually changing its demand for talents to compound applied talents whose the practical ability should be just as important as their knowledge reserve. This paper, from the perspective of innovation education, analyzes the positive significance and the concept of practice in cultivating talents via school-enterprises cooperation, and probes into strategies of demonstration bases for talents cultivation via university-enterprise cooperation.
