摘要
失志症候群是一种持续存在的痛苦以及失去生命意义的临床综合征,在癌症患者中较常见。尽管失志症候群尚未被正式收录在国际疾病分类(ICD)和/或精神疾病诊断与统计手册(DSM)的疾病诊断中,但国外学者已分别从不同角度描述失志症候群的内涵,且已在测评工具的研制上取得一定的成果,然而我国相关研究较少,仅有台湾学者对失志症候群展开系统性的研究。本文拟从失志症候群概念及其测评工具的应用效果方面对癌症患者失志症候群的现况进行综述,以期引起国内学者在这一领域的重视和思考。
Demoralization syndrome is a clinical syndrome of persistent pain with the loss of life meaning, which is common among cancer patients. Although it has not been recorded as a new diagnosis in the ICD and （or） DSM system, foreign scholars have already tried to explain its content from multi - aspects, and there are certain achievements in the development of assessment instruments. However, there are few related studies in China, only the Taiwan scholars have systematically studied the symptom disorder. We reviewed the history of concept and application of assessment instruments about demoralization syndrome in cancer patients, in the hope of causing the attention of domestic scholars in this field research.
