摘要
目的探讨腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻采用抗生素与复方大承气汤联合治疗的效果。方法所选研究对象为本院收治的腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻患者,病例选择时间范围为2014年11月—2015年11月,共纳入病例数为94例。94例患者及家属均对本研究知情同意。按照1∶1比例,将94例患者随机分为研究组(抗生素+复方大承气汤)与对照组(抗生素)各47例。随访12个月,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者治愈时间、腹痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、胃肠功能恢复时间对比,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);随访12个月,两组复发率对比,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床治疗过程中,采用抗生素与复方大承气汤联合治疗的效果理想,值得进行深入研究和推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of combination therapy of antibiotics and compound Dachengqi decoction on postoperative adhesions of abdominal obstruction.Methods The selected subjects were treated with abdominal adhesions in patients with postoperative adhesions.The time of selection was from November 2014 to November 2015,and the number of cases was 94.94 patients and their families were informed consent of this study.According to the ratio of 1 ∶ 1,94 patients were randomly divided into study group （antibiotics and compound Dachengqi decoction） and control group （antibiotics）,respectively.After following-up for 12 months,the curative effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different （P 0.05）.The curing time,abdominal pain disappeared time,abdomen disappearance time,gastrointestinal function recovery time between the two groups were significantly different （P 0.05）.After following-up for 12 months,the recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different （P 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of antibiotics and compound Dachengqi decoction is ideal for the clinical treatment of patients with postoperative adhesions of adhesions.It is worthy of further study and popularization.
