摘要
目的探讨加味舒心汤联合大株红景天注射液对冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者心电图及血清瘦素(Leptin)、脂联素(APN)水平变化的影响。方法选取2014年3月—2016年11月郑州市中医院96例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机数字表法分组,各48例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组实施加味舒心汤联合大株红景天注射液治疗。统计对比两组临床疗效、心电图疗效及血清Leptin、APN水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清Leptin水平低于对照组,且APN水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心电图总有效率为93.75%(45/48),高于对照组的79.17%(38/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味舒心汤联合大株红景天注射液治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛效果显著,能改善患者血清Leptin、APN水平,并可有效改善患者心电图,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Shuxin decoction combined with Dazhu Hongjingtian injection on electrocardiogram and serum leptin and adiponectin （APN） levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods From March 2014 to November 2016,96 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Zhengzhou Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into control group and observation group （n = 48）.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with modified Shuxin decoction combined with Dazhu Hongjingtian injection.The Clinical effect,electrocardiogram efficacy and serum leptin,APN levels were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83% （46/48） which was higher than 77.08% （37/48） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.The serum leptin level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the APN level in the observation grou was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group was 93.75% （45/48） which was higher than 79.17% （38/48） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion Modified Shuxin decoction combined with Dazhu Hongjingtian injection in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease gets a significant effect,which can significantly improve the serum Leptin and APN levels and effectively improve the electrocardiogram of patients,and it is worthy to be popularized.
