摘要
目的为甘草的临床应用和新用途开发提供思路。方法综合分析中药甘草主要抗炎活性成分甘草酸苷和甘草黄酮类抗炎作用机理的研究进展,以及甘草抗炎活性成分临床应用的最新研究。结果中药甘草的抗炎作用机制研究显示中药甘草对多种炎症因子和致炎因子具有的影响作用对炎症发挥抑制和增强作用,并对与炎症相关的肝药酶发生作用,这些作用综合发挥了机体的抗炎作用,并且不良作用远低于激素等西药。结论中药甘草能帮助临床应对西药应用中的不良反应,为甘草及其制剂临床合理用药提供依据,为甘草活性成分新用途的开发提供理论基础。
Objective To provide the ideas for the clinical application of licorice and developing new uses of liquorice. Methods Comprehensive analysis the research progress on the mechanism of anti-inflammatory effect of glycyrrhizic and licorice flavonoids from licorice were carried out. The latest research on the clinical application of anti inflammatory components of licorice was analyzed. Results Antiinflammatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine licorice mechanism research showed that Chinese medicine licorice for a variety of inflammatory factors and inflammatory factors influence playa a role in inhibition and enhancement,the role of liver enzymes related to inflammation,these multiple effects have played an anti-inflammatory role in the body. And side effects are far lower than hormones and other Western medicine. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine licorice can help clinical adverse reactions in the application of Western medicine,provide reference for clinical rational use of licorice and its preparation,and provide a new idea for the development of new active components of licorice.
