微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定莲藕中的汞

摘要 本研究采用微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定莲藕中的痕量汞。采用硝酸-过氧化氢消解体系,3 m L硝酸和5 m L过氧化氢。本研究建立的方法具有消解完全、汞元素损失少、简单、快速、准确、灵敏等优点,在食用莲藕汞的分析中具有较大的应用前景。 In the paper, a microwave digestion- atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for rapid detection of the mercury in lotus roots was established. The nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide system were used in this research. The amounts of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were 3 mL and 5 mL, respectively. The advantages of the method established in this study were completely digesting, less lose of mercury, simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. The method has great application prospects in the determining of mercury in the lotus root.
