摘要 系统介绍4种反向凿井施工方法、工艺过程、特点及施工装备。结合我国在煤矿、非煤矿山、水利水电、交通等地下工程建设中采用的反井施工法,通过分析不同深度、不同倾角井筒以及井筒所处围岩水文地质条件、下水平巷道功能等方面对施工安全、施工速度、施工成本的影响,在施工安全性和经济性2个方面进行分析对比,可确定合适的反井施工可选方案;同时提出井筒反井施工折算速度和折算单价2个技术指标及计算公式,便于进行定量计算,为反井施工方案选择及方案优化设计提供参考依据。 The paper systematically introduced four reversal mine shaft sinking construction methods,technical process,features and construction equipment.In combination with the raise boring method applied to the coal mine,non-coal mine,water conservancy and hydropower,transportation and underground engineering construction in China,with the analysis on the different depth and different inclined shafts as well as the hydrogeological condition of the surrounding rock along the shafts,the function of the next level roadway and others affected to the construction safety,construction speed and construction cost,an analysis and comparison was conducted on the two aspects of the construction safety and economy and a suitable alternative plan of the raise boring construction was determined.There were two technical indexes and calculation formula provided on the reduced speed and the reduced unit price of the mine shaft raise boring construction in order to make the quantitative calculation and to provide the reference basis to the selection of the mine raise boring plan and optimized design of the plan.
