摘要
介绍了组合气化工艺技术生产煤制天然气的工艺流程,对各种硫回收工艺技术进行了对比研究,筛选出适合煤制天然气项目的硫回收工艺技术。在分析组合气化技术多股酸性气特点的基础上,提出了酸性气预处理+两级常规克劳斯+氨法脱硫的硫回收工艺技术方案。
The process flow of combined gasification process of producing coal-based synthetic natural gas is introduced, comparative study is carried out of various kinds of sulfur recovery process technologies, and the sulfur recovery process which is suitable for coal-based synthetic natural gas project is selected through screening. Based on analysis results of the features of combined gasification process which has multi-stream of acidic gas, the sulfur recovery process scheme, i. e., acidic gas pretreatment + two-stage conventional Claus + ammonia process of desulfurization, is put forward.
