摘要
中国大陆地区《著作权法(修改草案)》应借鉴台湾的有关规定,保障公众对著作权的合理使用,对规避"限制复制"的技术措施无需禁止;扩大规避直接技术措施例外的条款;设立禁止间接规避技术措施的例外。
The copyright law of the mainland area should refer to the relevant provisions of the Taiwan,guarantee fair use of copyright,do not ban in the technical measures to avoid the ＂ copy control measure＂,extend the provisions of the exception of direct technical measures; set up an exception to the indirect avoidance of technical measures.
