摘要
通过对密闭前巷道顶、帮注入MEA封堵剂的配浆比例、注浆工艺、技术参数的研究,找到了最佳的注浆工艺流程和技术标准。并在平宝公司3处密闭墙进行应用后,密闭墙的内外压差明显变小,密闭墙外瓦斯浓度明显降低,增强了密闭效果,对于防止采空区留煤自燃起到很大的作用。
Through the study of grouting proportion, grouting technology and technical parameter of MEA plugging agent before closed roadway, the optimum grouting technological process and technical standard are found. And applied in 3 fire dams of the pingbao company, both inside and outside pressure of fire dam is significantly smaller, gas concentration obviously decreased, which enhances the sealing effect, have played a big role to prevent coal spontaneous combustion in gob.
